Had my MRI for my eye today, it was long and noisy!! Hopefully after all the nagging I might get somewhere next week when they should have the results and have made a decision on what to do next.
Meanwhile, I am putting it all to the back of my mind for a few days, we are off to Plymouth in the morning for some adventures. Many photos to follow next week I'm sure.

ReplyDeleteSuprisingly one of the hardest things to deal with is the abrupt stop! Okay we'll see you in a year - that deals with the physical but not the psychological. Best approach is what you are doing - targets, fitness, diversion therapy. You may want to join a support group like dragon racing at Christchurch - some people find it comforting to be around others who have faced a similar situation - others prefer not to. So Jen do what is right for you. Heather and I certainly look forward to sailing with you either at Spin or Poole harbour. If you have any health niggles, then you go straight to your GP - that is what they are there for.
Let us know eye results but in the mean time just enjoy every second of your time in plymouth.
Enjoy you're weekend with Black Pearl. I know you'll all benefit from the change of scene and fresh air. Forget all about your scans etc for now.
